We provide environmentally responsible, full service maintenance and repair for most import and domestic cars and light trucks, 1990 and newer, including the Toyota Prius and other hybrids. Our technicians are ASE Certified Master Technicians and we hold the ASE Blue Seal of Excellence. We diagnose, service and repair fuel injection, computer control, air conditioning, clutch, exhaust, engine, steering, suspension, electrical, and brake systems with dedicated, specialized tools and equipment. We are equipped to service Subaru, Toyota/Lexus, Honda/Acura, Mazda, Nissan/Infiniti, VW, Audi, Volvo, Chrysler, Ford, and GM vehicles. To demonstrate our commitment to service excellence and to earn our customer's trust, we are AAA Approved and provide a 24 month parts and labor warranty. We won the 2008 City of Portland BEST Award for BEST Practice for Sustainability, and the 2007 BBB Business Of The Year Torch Award. We are a Certified Eco-Logical Business and an ACDC Qualified Hybrid Auto Center. We have installed PV solar panels on our roof that provides about 40% of our electrical power and powers our own Toyota Prius which has been converted to a PHEV. PGE/Green Mountain Energy’s “Green Source” renewable electric power, and NW Natural’s “Smart Energy” further power Hawthorne Auto Clinic. We have partnered with the Bonneville Environmental Foundation to purchase the requisite offsets to achieve carbon neutrality.
