Annual Membership Meeting and December Luncheon - Wed., December 9, 2009

The PABA Board has worked diligently over a considerable period of time to review and revise the Membership Categories and to re-structure the schedule for Officer and Director elections.  But the changes require the Members approval before they can be rolled-out. 

Thus, PABA's 2009 Annual Meeting will be a little different than usual.  Rather than the customary election of Officers and Directors, the PABA Board is presenting proposed Restated Bylaws for the Members' consideration and approval.  If approved, a large majority of the current Officers and Directors have agreed to serve in our current roles for another 6 months.  If not approved, the Annual Meeting will be continued until the January luncheon, thus giving new candidates the opportunity to campaign for new electoral positions. 
  
Please reserve your place at the Luncheon by Noon on Monday, December 7th to take advantage of the discounted registration price.  The buffet luncheon will be available to all reserved guests, as well as to a limited number of non-reserved guests on a first come, first serve basis.
